Training
At Methologic, we have been applying state-of-the-art blended learning methods for over several years now. Think hereby of watching a video, reading a book or handout, interactively discussing the theory, practicing in a classroom environment, applying in your own work environment and testing your ready knowledge. These activities take place individually & in groups and at different locations & moments in time.
This diversity in teaching methods has 2 important advantages:
- People have different preferences with regard to teaching methods. One prefers to learn by reading a book and the other prefers to first try it out. So, using a variety of teaching methods offers something for everyone.
- People are known to master things better when applying repetition. Now it would be very boring to watch the same video 6 times or take the same test 6 times, but covering the same scope 6 times using 6 different methods works very well in practice.
Methologic collaborates long-term with Mikrocentrum and IpX Europe in performing trainings:
- Together with Mikrocentrum, Methologic has developed and performs a portfolio of training courses in quality management and project management.
- Together with IpX Europe, Methologic performs training courses in configuration management and provides assistance as an assessor and consultant.
Methologic can help you with training and/or coaching your people online, in class or in their own work environment. Our people are CompTIA Certified Technical Trainers (CTT+) and CRKBO Registered Trainers.
