Industry familiarity & experience are key differentiators in being able to quickly adapt and provide value to customers. Some industries are heavily regulated with high thresholds for disruption. Other industries are not (heavily) regulated, which poses both opportunities and risks.
At Methologic we see both similarities & differences between different industries. Some best-practices can be copied very easily from one industry to the other, while other best-practices are more unique & confined to a specific industry (for better or worse reasons).
Methologic is particularly experienced in the following 4 industries:
- Aerospace characterized by its strong emphasis on safety & traceability, incl. oversight from multiple authorities.
- Automotive being one of the most mature industries in terms of supply chain reliability & efficiency despite the high level of customization involved.
- High Tech, one of the younger industries that comes along with high levels of agility & innovation, but sometimes also with a lower of level of organizational maturity.
- Infrastructure which is characterized by working in the public domain where stakeholders & integration are the key to success.
